Return & Refund Policy
Because each item is made just for you by our print-on-demand partners, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, color, or a change of heart. Please double-check your order before checking out!
But—we’ve got you covered if something’s not right.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll gladly issue a refund or send a free replacement. Just use our Submit Issue form and include a clear photo of the problem. (No need to send the item back.)
A few notes:
If multiple items with the same design are affected, we may ask for a photo or video showing all affected products together in one frame.
Slight variations (up to 0.5") in print placement are normal with direct-to-garment printing and are not considered defects.
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we can offer a partial refund or reprint the order for an additional charge.
Once you receive your order, look for an email from customer@trackorder.site. You can use the link in that email to submit feedback or report an issue to customer support.
